The Zulu
In the 1830's the Boers, migrated to the interior of Southern Africa and began to engage in conflicts with Zulu. The battles continued but did not truly threaten Zulu sovereignty.
The Zulu were a South African tribe that placed an emphasis on military organization and skill, established by their Shaka Zulu. Under the rule of Shaka, the Zulu broadened their land claims throughout Southern Africa.
Eventually the Zulu came in conflict with the British army because the British invaded their homeland and expanded their control over South Africa.
The Zulu's were then defeated by the technology and resources of the British and soon all of Southern Africa would become under British control.
